RESELLERS:
For every dedicated server you sell you get:
- 15% of the gross amount from the first month order on all server packages
- 5% on every subsequent month (re-occurring) as long as the customer remains with SparkServers
- does not apply to Starter, Value-I and Value-II server packages
- Payments are issued by check mailed to the resellers address on file:
- Payment Option1 orders, checks will be mailed after 60 days from the date of billing.
- Payment Option2 and 3 orders, checks will be mailed after 30 days from the date of billing.
- All server packages ordered under a reseller account will be entitled to full server management at no additional cost including Starter server package
EXAMPLE1:
A reseller orders Starter server package using Payment Option1. (15% of the gross amount from the first month will be mailed by check 60 days later, no further checks will be mailed)
EXAMPLE2:
A reseller orders Starter server package using Payment Option2. ( 15% of the gross amount from the first month will be mailed by check 30 days later, no further checks will be mailed)
EXAMPLE3:
A reseller orders Value-III server package using Payment Option2. ( 15% of the gross amount from the first month will be mailed by check 30 days later, 5% of every month re-occurring will also be mailed 30 days after customer is billed each month)
EXAMPLE4:
A reseller orders Value-III server package using Payment Option3. ( 15% of the gross amount will be mailed by check 30 days later, no further checks will be mailed)
To Qualify as a Reseller:
We at SparkServers make it simple! Once a customer orders a server using your account ID you automatically qualify as a reseller and can benefit from the reseller offers. The following conditions will apply:
- A customers signing up with a reseller ID must pay for their own server. The customer is responsible for the account, thus we will provide support for the customer.
- Resellers paying for their own customers need to signup under their name. The reseller is responsible for the account, thus we will provide support to the reseller only and not their customers.
